Conveniently located, the mansion offers a charming main floor with a living room featuring a gas fireplace and wet bar, a dining room with a lengthy wood table, and a sunroom with a porch swing. The veranda boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden during the summer.
The dreamy second-floor room features a cozy Vermont Castings freestanding fireplace and a comfortable queen-sized bed amidst turn-of-the-century carved oak furnishings. An original bath, meticulously restored, adjoins this inviting space.
Sumptuous seating and contemporary ease characterize the house, providing a prime location for relaxation. With spaces like the harvest dining room, sunroom, veranda, and outdoor patio, the property accommodates up to 28 guests for a stayover and up to 40 guests for onsite events, perfect for intimate family gatherings, weddings, or corporate events.
